My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were the worst I have ever seen in my life, needing urgent pest control due to serious bug issues, which made me uncomfortable. However, the service exceeded my expectations, with helpful staff readily available for luggage assistance. The location, despite ongoing construction, was central and convenient for business travelers, making it worth considering. The dining experience was average, offering a variety of breakfast items, but the food quality and ambiance left much to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were large, freshly appointed, and spotless, although mine was not ready upon arrival. The service, especially from the concierge named Zain, was exceptional, from reception to room service. The location was very good for me, centrally located in Riyadh, shortening my commute around the city. The dining experience was a mix of very good and average dishes, with a variety of food and a live cooking section. The facilities were up to par, adding convenience to my stay.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms to be clean and spacious, but they definitely need an upgrade. Nevertheless, the unwavering friendliness and hospitality of the staff truly stood out. The location was convenient despite ongoing metro construction, and the dining options were decent, although with room for improvement.
The rooms were tidy, clean, and had nice disposable amenities in the bathroom, but they definitely need to be inspected by pest control or bug exterminators. The couches were dirty and sagging, and the overall quality was poor, with an old, loud aircon and uncomfortable bed. Breakfast seemed stale and old, possibly served for days, and staff didn't adhere to the breakfast schedule as outlined in the room booklet. This experience made it the worst Hilton I have ever visited, which aligns with its three-star rating.
